"Group buy"'on the m-performance steering wheel anyone as this displays oil temps ?
Sounds about right - it takes about 2.5 miles to get the oil up to a temperature that you can boot it in my 911marco_polo said:

Even Skoda puts a blue light in the dash that goes out when the car is up to temperature on its mist basic models. If nothing else, this would suffice.

I quiet like the M Performance Steering Wheel
It's awesome ! I like the "g-meter" , but it's the shift lights that appeals most , especially having the 8 speed auto boxjonylightweight said:

I got this one in my 130i, it's very discreet and the vent is still functional. It also shows BMW's fault codes at startup and you can reset them:

It's this app for iPhone:

You need to have JB4 and you also need to purchase the Bluetooth adapter from USA. Mine has been shipped and it should turn up at the end of next week.

I have the JB4 connect kit that Watts is referring to and it's a great gadget.
Another advantage of JB4 is its inherent safety cold start feature. JB4 doesn't start adding boost until oil temp gets to 70degC. Takes abt 10 mins and you can easily tell JB4 starts adding boost !!!

I can show Liam JB4 and I think once you have had a taste for JB4 it simply makes sense that your car should be running it.
Liam is currently organising M Perfomance kit I think but for me it was a little easier as I had pretty much done all I wanted cosmetically to the car, I just needed to give the car some grunt to compliment it's looks.
Liam just make sure you have JB4 on your Santa's wish list for Christmas.
