I'm not sure if this is the right place to post such a message but nonetheless ...

Having just had some bodywork done by Sytner Cardiff to the nearside front wing, wheel and bumper subsequent to a RTA, I thought I would post this message to give praise where praise is due. They did an exceptional job and the whole process was effortless on my part. I was "new" to such an insurance claim but this one person, Jessica her name, looked after me and did all the liaising perfectly and kept me informed of the repair progress. Even had a decent courtesy car for the duration. I would not hesitate to recommend Sytner Cardiff body-shop.

Whilst writing, I'll also mention my insurance company "Quote Me Happy." I was dreading dealing with them but in fairness, they were excellent. Initial claim process all done on-line but their responses were very quick. When the process got to the stage of repairs and me choosing to go to BMW which then raised the issue of a further Excess payment, their claims department could not have been more helpful - my liability waivered as soon as they heard from the other insurer which took about 24 hours after my enquiry. And they always answered the phone within minutes which is unusual these days. It was also evident that they were quick to liaise with BMW because further repairs were sanctioned almost immediately including authorisation for a new wheel and steering rack.

That's good to hear.

I seals with Sytner Sutton Coldfield and Axa a few years ago when my 330 2as bumped and much the same to be honest. The chap I dealt with I the body shop commented on how nice our E90 was. He said it made a nice change from seeing lease cars that were general unloved. They did a cracking job on the paint and Axa were painless to deal with

Have to say, when you see the title of a dealership, like me, you click on it expecting a tale of poor customer service or some disaster, but really refreshing to read someone actually giving praise and credit where its due... nice one.
