Hi folks,
My driver's side window regulator gave up the ghost recently so I had it replaced under warranty. On coming back from the garage I noticed the fire card and handle trim weren't fitted correctly so I took it apart to fix it myself. When dismantling the door card I noticed that there was a screw missing from the handle and another two were just spinning freely in their holes but not catching any thread to anything on the rear side. Whoever reassembled the door obviously threw it back together without having all the fixings in place
Does anyone know the part I would be looking for which the 5 torx screws are supposed to catch into on the rear side of the panel? I'm assuming they are those plastic rivet style fittings which spring out and catch as the screw goes into them. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to go back to the dealers again or have them take it off again as I just don't trust they'll fit it properly.
