Knocking noise

I have a 118d E87 when driving you can hear a knocking noise coming from the front of the car, I have a video you can hear the noise.
Any ideas what the problem is?

Something sound loose though? Does the noise coincide with lumps and bumps on the road?

Couldnt get a longer clip was in a rush, and yes when driving over bumps and uneaven surfaces you can hear it pretty loud

Park it dead level on a flat surface, then have a wobble / look at your drop links (from Anti Roll Bar to dampers).

Also check your front wheels to make sure they are tight to the hub. A loose one will make a knocking sound.
