125i e82 Pre-lCI Factory Xenon
I've got the washer bottle out of the wing at the moment. I've just replaced the pump for the windscreen that had failed.
That works again now. but when I put the main beam on and tried the wash again one washer popped up and washed once, since then it won't wash the lights at all.
there's no voltage coming to the lamp washer motor either. The fuse is fine, it's shared with the windscreen motor and that works fine still.
Any ideas while I've got the bottle out?

A further question. I got up this morninga and tried again and it washed both sides then stopped again; does the headlamp washer only fire every so many screen washes or somthing like that??

Yes, from memory I think it was every 5th time.

Is the reservoir full? I think if the reservoir is low it doesn't always wash the headlights, only the windscreen.
