Decided to go with the Zaero diffuser and get rid of the maxton one so removed the maxton and fitted the Zaero today along with some sexy carbon exhaust tips!

Looks awesome. What made you change to the Zaero over the Maxton? I’m deciding between the two brands now and unsure but felling more pull towards the Zaero kit

I scratched the bumper (getting fixed Friday) and when the bumper pushed in and then popped back out it’s caused a small scratch on the Maxton one which was bugging me so went for a change and got the Zaero. Both diffusers look very similar imo but the installation of the Zaero one will be easier especially if you can get the old one off without removing the bumper cause the Zaero one has proper tabs on it so it just clips in place. I’d also say the quality is slightly better on the Zaero.

Thanks! What was the install like? same as fitted from factory, just slides on? any cutting needed?

There’s a little tab that needs to be cut off, here you can see what’s left of the tab, other than that they slide straight on and tighten up using a 14mm spanner.
