So i took the passenger and drivers seat out to get the car fully cleaned, valeted and the drivers bolster repaired now and i have a airbag and seatbelt light
i know i need to get it reset but i have a feeling that BMW will charge a fortune for this will a snap on diagnostics tool be able to remove the codes associated to the these lights or is it another thing i need i keep seeing IPNA

I think the Snap-on, or any professional level diagnostic rig, will do the trick, very few, if any, consumer level tools can reset SRS lights. BMW used to use INPA/DIS, now they use ISTA, all of which can reset the airbag lights.
