Finally got my 1er?spec as follows;
? 120d Sport
? Black Sapphire with Beige Boston Leather and Beige Interior

? Floor Mats
? Front Seat Heating
? Xenon?s
? Cruise

I?ve covered 2000 miles since delivery on the 16/9/05, and the car is still a little tight, but boy is it more fun to drive than my old mini?see photo?s?not in outright ability, but pace, handling with grace. Something the Mini never did, all whilst returning 45mpg?OK 40mpg?but I have been having fun!
Some nice things happened at the dealer though. On top of the above spec my car came with locking wheel nuts, a third head rest on the back (Something I deleted from my original spec) and voice activation for the phone, not that I?m complaining though!
On the subject of parking sensors, they are directional. Beeping in the left or the right speaker depending on the object you are approaching.
Also now available is the snap in cradle for the 6320i
The other car is my brother?s who got a 116i last September and has a 130i on order.
My only concern with the car is the lightness of the front end during high-speed corners, has anyone else had the front end ?float? a little?
And does a shortened Ariel affect the signal in the countryside?
Only bad thing so far already a cracked windscreen!
