Thank you to BM Autosport (Mark/Carrie). Lots of emails back and forth but they've supplied me with a lovely set of 18" (8.5 and 9.5) Zito 935's in Hyper SIlver for my 1 Series and did me a lovely deal along with part exchange against my OEM 17" 207M's.

Lovely people to talk to and deal with, who are very knowledgeable and went that extra mile to feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend for your wheel needs! .

I'd echo your thoughts re BMAutosport and Mark.i visited a good few years ago now, but found dealing with them most agreeable
I've sent a couple of people there now, all reporting the same good service.

Getting tyres next month so will be done around then, then the Ispiri's will come off for a bit (provided they don't rub and my current height, which if I've calculated everything should be fine) and sent off for a refurb in either chrome powdercoat or diamond cut again .

Thanks bud. I contemplated that but then thought they'd be too dark, I can always let them get dirty and see how I feel about the silver after that :lol: :lol: :lol:.

Love the wheels though. Highly recommend BM Autosport!

Yes they are legal. I've driven in front of, next to and behind police who have looked over at me with no issues. 30mm protrusion is allowed by law IIRC but the tread MUST be under the arch. My Ispiri's sat similar with no problems, my X5 Tigerclaws poked all round more, tread stuck out of the arch a bit and again, no issues from the police . I've spoken to my MOT place who said I should be fine for MOT but I asked for the stretch rather than the poke. My stretch on the rear worried me more than poke to be honest!

The protrusion doesn't look as much in person to be fair though. Pictures exaggerate it or at least those do as many people in the group buy wanted to know what the poke would be like, so I tried to get it as best as I could. I can get more pictures but I don't get my car back until tomorrow.

I drive past police checkpoints pretty much every week, no issues. I work near a police car park and police impound too. I also often see police on my daily commute. I haven't had issues with them and any sets of wheels on Amy . Picked my car up today and spoke to the MOT tester who said it shouldn't be a problem come MOT time to get an MOT with the Zito's on the car and the stretch. Worst case scenario, I'll just swap to the Ispiri's but I think all bases are covered .

Yep another big thumbs up to mark from BMautosports who although still has not managed to prize any off these hard earned scottish notes off me yet :lol: has continued to keep up his superb customer service reputation with being only too happy to reply to every one off my many emails to him in a very professional friendly manner both day and night which sadly is not always found these days.

So yes top guy to deal with 8)
