M2 has a water temp thing but it's pretty poor.

Still better than the m135.. I am sure someone will work out a way to code it onto the m135

So I picked up my LCI 4 days ago, I've been using the ELM Bluetooth adapter with the torque pro app to check oil and water temps, wow these m135 get hot quick! Coming from a modified twincharger which run very hot, it used to melt ur face when u lifted the bonnet. These m135 get hot much quicker. The coolant temp sat @105°c and the oil @90°c what's the normal temps for these cars?

 

Coolant 105C, and oil about 10C warmer.

 

Mine tends to hang around 115 oil when up to temp and on the motorway.

 

115 - 125 deg c for oil is normal.

Limp mode kicks in at about 140 deg c
