Hi everyone,
After I got low oil pressure signal for my 120d n47d20c we started to investigate. We had an other oil pump for test but it wasn’t the problem. We decided to pull out the engine cuz we were in the timing chain change interval. We did the timing chain kit change and rod, balancing, crank bearings, …all the good staff that can cause internal leakes=pressure loss. After fill and first startups everything went good but 15-20min idle run we got the message again…For the old timing chain guides were undamaged before saying it. Any idea? I’m thinking about dropping the new oil and put some cheap **** in and flush the engine(product idea?)… maybe some dirt stuck somewhere blocking the way of oil.
I’m really mad cuz I put tones of effort and money into it and still no good…Thanks for help.
