Apply a little heat with heat gun/ hairdryer to soften the adhesive then pop out using a bondo spreader/ trim tool or even a Tesco Clubcard

Thanks for the replies, been all over YouTube and didn't find anything for the m2 comp specifically so just wanted to confirm they were stuck on. The Carbon ones have not arrived yet so I had nothing to go on so thought I would ask.

 

I think it's a combination of adhesive and clips IIRC
