Ok. This is my update adding in the horrendus experience of ordering my Chrome Grills -

Parts dept. - they really don't know what they are talking about. Had to supply them with the part numbers and then they phoned me to say that the problem was with them becasue their databased was not up to date. You have been warned that just becasue it is a main dealer it does not necessarily mean that they have access to any up to date information from BMW.

Servicing department - still waiting for them to get back to re: programming of my car for key programmes. - 1 month and counting
