Thanks Twenny. They look a bit different though! I have the exhaust which measures approx 17mm across. I think the gap is 18mm, but I can't measure exactly because the current exhaust is in the way! Anyone know whether the exhaust has to touch to melt the plastic, or can the radiant heat do it?

The bumper / diffuser will take a bit of temp, but I'd still leave a sensible gap to avoid annoying noises / vibrations!

It shouldn't be too much work for a half decent exhaust fabricator to line up the tips with the cut-outs correctly. :)

I had a 135i exhaust on my 116i.

I'm not sure if the cut out needed to be made bigger or not but it's not a big job
