I wouldn't use it for the purpose you are describing, I would only use it after I have rinsed and dried the car down, ensuring that there isn't too much dirt and grit on the car that will lead to swirl marks.
For me I'd only use that product for getting my car to look good in between proper waxing jobs say for a cruise a photoshoot or something of that nature....but yeah, only after I've hosed off the layer of dust that is already on the car, I've found that it doesnt take much at all to get swirl marks all over it.

As Nolz has said, I also wouldn't use it for the purpose you are describing dino007.

I guess it has it's purpose but IMO not when the car needs a proper wash
