I'm considering BMW's bodywork and interior protection product (name has escaped me) but before I do decide, has anyone any experiences of this product.

I was offered Lifeshine when I purchased my other car but turned the offer down due to price (£299).

The treatment offered to me was from "A Glaze".

Can I tell any difference so far? Not really,
Can I tell if they the difference between treatment and non treatment?
Probably not...

People say the difference will be long term.
I had the treatment on the inside and marks seem easier to remove on leather than my previous cars. Dont know if thats because of the treatment or because of the BMer leather/.

Sorry, guess u're as puzzled as you were before!

My dealer offers Supagard. Only just taken delivery of the car so hard to say how good it is but as it's guaranteed for 3 years I will make sure that they deal with any issues. The interior protection was of special interest to me as having a little 'un you tend to get things spilt so any protection from stains is a bonus! Again this is guaranteed for 3 years and if the stain can't be removed they have to replace. I presume this works like Scotchguard, which I have had on sofas and carpets at home, and that works really well. Any spills simply wipe away. yes the cost is much more than the product costs but you have the guarantee and you don't have to worry about applying it correctly.
