painting brake calipers ?

Looking to paint my brake calipers front and rear just to freshen them up a bit hopefully before the new alloys go on :) so okay white car what colour brake calipers ? thankfully have outgrown the want off bright red or yellow painted calipers  so just looking for a nice colour with a few BMW performance decals to complete the look.

so okay show me your calipers ? suggest what colour to go for ? to be perfectly honest I would love a smooth factory look paint is there a best method to pant calipers to not shout out Halfords etc ? :lol2:

Black, grey and silver all look smart without looking too Halfords Corsa.

My old callipers and disc (just the sides of the top-hat section) went silver:

SonicVanMan went black:

okay thanks for that, yep must admitt looks great, gloss black with white lettering sound okay ? first time I have looked at the calipers not enough flat space for any decal then eh ?!
Not sure where you're going to get a good result with decals and lettering? Not really designed for that. Maybe small, down the spring clip??
Yep thanks mate yep having now seen the calipers up close I realise the lettering idea is out the window !! fake stick on Brembo caliper covers it is then :lol2:

I'd do silver calipers and black brake top hats.
Top hats ?
