I have searched high and low and although I have found threads pertaining to this, I have not found an answer!! Does anyone know what size oil filter wrench you need for the oil filter top on a 2009 E87? Those of you who have older cars, specifically M47 engined ones, I think you guys have a hex topped oil filter top that can be removed with a socket (36mm?). However, we don't have anything on the top of ours and require an oil filter wrench to remove the top properly. Does anyone know the diameter and number of flutes for our filter tops? (e.g. 76mm, 14 flutes............)
