Hi guys

Just found this forum had my 120d coupe for over a year and a half now. Was very into my cars since I was 17 been in Performance French Cars finally moved up to the big boy cars now and love my BMW. Hopefully you can all give me advice and links to certain things as im intrested in making my 120d a lot more improved than it is at the moment.

Looking to upgrade wheels need some ideas, I love the CSL alloys but im guessing these are hard to come by. Also looking for some upgraded interior parts like the alcantra gear stick and handbrake and steering wheel if anyone knows of any parts for sale

Thanks again guys

Jay

Welcome Jay awesome choice in the coupe, if you use tapatalk you can upload your photos directly as it would be good to see your little beauty.

Plenty of mods - almost limitless mods actually that can drain your pocket quicker than the wife ever will lol

We can sure help you do that. You will love and hate this forum for what it can give and what it can take. Most mostly love though.

Thanks mate yeah I know BMW parts are very pricey but im so used to paying for upgrades and that's what you pay for with bmw as its quality. Parts I presume are hard to get hold of. What upgrades do you think are worth it for my 120d? Thanks

To be fair mate they aren't bad.

If you give your reg to cotswoldbmw on here (forum sponsor) you could get him to give you a price on your interior parts as some of them I believe are BMW performance parts and therefore can be ordered in.

Personally for a coupe I would be looking at dark line rear lights instead of standard, maybe some upgrades xenon fronts (depo) I believe they are called.

You can also get nice carbon rear diffuser and boot spoiler for the coupes which I think look awesome, then maybe a twin tip exhaust?

All subject to opinion but parts ain't too hard to come by mate :)

Welcome to the forum!

Oh also... Don't put M badges on as you might grow apart from the forum fairly quickly if you do such a thing!!

Yes very important. Actually Rule 1 - no M badge or these tacky M stripes lol

Pretty much anything else is acceptable. Actually anything is acceptable as its your car mate.

But mods can be categorised -
Aesthetics
Performance
Handling
ICE
Interior

It all depends what you feel is important really?
If you want to prioritise the above choices we can attempt to guide and advise more closely to your needs.
