Not a lot... seats, bumpers, led headlights, suspension, alloys, can't think what else. Most things are £££ options. Low spec VW golf hire car i had before had way more standard kit. Things like folding mirrors, dimming mirror, parking sensors, puddle lights, radar cruise. These are all options on m-sport.

I think these as well?
Alacantra headlining (black instead of beige), puddle lights on door handles, M Sport steering wheel, climate control (I think?).

Try ticking the box! It will add the whole 'xyz' pack at great expense.

For example, adding 'Remote Services' automatically adds Posh Nav at £900

Its hard work getting the configuration right.

I went from E82 Msport to F22 Msport and only with careful research found that the digital readout dual zone
climate standard on the E82 was an option on the F22 msport and you could only have it with a pack, Driver
Comfort I think.

I was not expecting that as usually specs get better over time.

I found the best way was to get a hard copy of the brochure and spend some time reading it carefully.

Don't expect much help in the showroom. You need to go in with all the option codes written down
so the order is right. You are on your own.

It's the same with parking sensors. They were standard in the E range but you don't get any with the F series! Yet now they put nav as standard (they have put the price up to match) but surely rear parking sensors at least would be more useful to people as standard? It's a minefield. In the end I had front & rear pdc as an option rather than the comfort pack as I don't use the cruise so was pointless paying £100 for it.

Guys at work have gtds in dsg and they are farfrom refined in terms of the Engine although seem quieter at tick over they sound rough when moving

However they are pretty well specd and look good active cruise control is a very good standard feature
