The downpipes go nowhere near the steering column. Wouldn't worry about it.

It's going well, just money holding me back now. Got its 3.5" exhaust on now. Give up with the thread for now, I'm only posting on Instagram right now.

Well they've turned up today had a good look at them and they seem spot on not that I'm a welding expert. Didn't think they were quite as big as they are as I've only ever seen them on pics. So I'm happy just need to source some gaskets and bolts to connect to mid pipes then I'll be gd to go. Wats your addy on instergram will have a look in mate. :D

Approx how long do they take to do is imagine all the old bolts will be rusted not easy to get off

On jack stands I'd say 2 hours getting them out, 1 hour getting them in. Only bolts that will be an issue are downpipe to midpipe bolts X4. I ended up cutting mine off and using new hardware.
Hi does does anyone no what size v bands would be required and also what size bolts and nuts to connect downpipes to mids cheers

the problem is with lambda sensors, on many downpipes made for LHD cars lambda is positioned that way it gets in a way of steering rack on RHD

I am not sure by just the pics but if the sellers states it just go by it and you got a reason to return if they are bad. For 80 quid its worth a try. I paid loads more for mine :)

Before you take everything out just have a visual check and see. It'll be pretty obvious if there is going to be a problem.
I'd just cut off the old bungs and reweld them back on the new downpipes

If you end up damaging either of the pre lambda sensors I have one sitting here which you could have for what I paid for it (which is not the nearly £300 BMW want).
Sure you will be all good though and good luck!
