Main beam bulbs for halogen lights

Hi folks,

As I'm lumbered with the halogens on my 130i, I've fitted some Osram Nighbreakers to improve the frankly pathetic standard bulbs (how anyone could pay £31k for the car new and put up with them is beyond me, but that's beside the point). I'm happy with the improvement on dipped beam, but my question is can I also fit these same bulbs to the main beam as well? My commute is 80% dark country lanes so improving the main beam would be ideal.

If I can't fit the same bulbs, can anyone recommend some?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the full beam bulbs are also H7 fitment.

Every BMW I've ever owned has had poor headlights (10 of them) as standard...I've never had Xenons on a BMW.

High power bulbs (H7 Nightbreakers in my last couple) have made a big improvement for not much money.

+1 for the racing vision. I've put them in my dads old Passat and they're brilliant.
I would say take the old bulbs out, put them in the plastic case the new ones come in and stick them in the glove box or boot somewhere.
They obviously have a reduced service life with burning hotter; we've had a failure when out on the road.
