A comment on another thread has got me thinking..

Can anyone recommend a good track driving course that would help in my driving skills in my own M135i?

Also I can find it now but I'm sure somewhere had a course where an instructor took you out in your own car and should you how to get the most of of it!

I've had training in my M135i with " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; on the road and Milbrook.

Can't recommend them more highly! I enjoy and appreciate the M135i a 100 times more as a result. Also, just joined the IAM.

I guess I'm preaching to the converted but the biggest "improvement"you could make to any car is in your head.

Did a cat driver training day and I must say it was excellent. Think it was around £300 ish for the whole day but came away think what a great day. Did mine with the Lotus group. Think if there was interest they would put together a 1 / 2 series day at a good price. Just an idea....

When I first got my mlite I used a company called ridedrive.co.uk who were excellent. Took a performance car 1 day course with a mix of road and track. I think they have instructors all over the UK.

Or you could book 2 or 3 instructor sessions with Javelin for example on a Bedford track day. £200 all told this time of year plus you get a track day.
