You will need to replace the front bumper as well as the headlights. I assume you are after the newer ones with the 2 led bulbs in them?

I take it you have xenons?
If so, then I'd use the search function as there's loads and loads of posts on this matter on here.
The LED's you'd need are H8's, but bear in mind, they'll be nowhere near as bright as the F20 and new 3 series in terms of brightness. They're ok at dusk and nighttime, but during the day (especially in bright sun) you can struggle to see them.
eBay is your friend, if you're after some.
