Afternoon all. Just had a moment of madness and ordered a JB4 with supporting harness and data cable from Performance Centre Sunderland with a Richter Decat pipe to go with my Milltek Race exhaust.

Going to book it in with Storm Developments in Reading for them to do the tuning and installation as PCS said they have much better availability than BW Chiptune... Does anyone have any experience of this place? If not is anyone able to recommend anywhere near London that can work on Saturdays?

Also some reassurance that I have done the right thing would be great.... feeling a bit tender after spending so much money during my lunch break.....

Have a look at SD's FB page - mainly VAG by the looks of it.

If I were you, I'd be asking them how many JB4's have they installed/setup.

People have had varying degrees of success with JB4 installers. I went with BW Chiptune due to word of mouth as well as PCS recommendation. I spoke with Jason many times before committing. Glad I did, what he did may not be cheap and cheerful but my car has been faultless todate since being in Jason's hands as far as fettling my JB4 and he installed my sport cat DP.

Mines definitely not the fast car out there however, with a chassis fettled c/o of Birds nr Slough, the few folk who have ridden in my car have been blown away by the duality of the cars road manners and performance. Exactly what I was after.

That's for the response! Yeah I would much rather go with someone who has a great reputation like bw chiptune however performance centre Sunderland suggested SD so figured they would be ok? I will make sure to ask them about jb4 though, didn't even think of asking!

Do you mind dropping me a pm with how much the set up with bc chiptune cost? I assume they installed the jb4 and did some dyno runs for you?
