idrive screen position?

120 2005 with 6.5" idrice screen but the image is off set?
How to fix or is this normal?

For the record, that's not normal.

Bought the car a few weeks ago and this is how it is? everything works ok just the main screen is off set.

all the other screens look ok just the home screen is out?
