Might sound like a daft question but I picked up my car today and whilst the suspension feels comfy yet sporty and I chose adaptive suspension, nothing has indicated that I actually have it.

What the easiest way to confirm I actually have it?

Thanks

Go to " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and then enter the last 7 digits of your vin number.

Then look down the list and you will see this if you have adaptive:

S2VFA ADAPTIVES M FAHRWERK Adaptive M chassis

Just hit the driver control switch on the center console (ECO PRO > COMFORT >SPORT etc). If you have Adaptive it will ask you on the iDrive screen if you want to change 'Chassis & Drivetrain'. Non Adaptive cars don't have the chassis option (suspension).

To me there is no clear indication on the iDrive screen, you can set e.g. drivetrain to sport AND chassis to comfort (or vice versa).

Can't get a tick for both individual settings.

Or, is there a default setting on each?

The manual that came with the car is a generic F20 1 series manual, not much help there..

Any help is greatly appreciated, as always!

Cheers
