Is the car possibly power saving? How healthy is the battery?

 

Brand new battery

 

New battery correctly coded to the car?

Is the seat going cold, or is the dash button turning off?

 

Yes coded and it did the fault before the new battery anyway. Seat warms up while it is on yes

 

Dash button just turns off then you can turn it back on and then process repeats

 

That is weird.

I'd hazard a guess at a dodgy connector plug somewhere. I'd disconnect the battery then have a poke about.

 

Did anyone have a solution to this?
Mine keeps doing it as well.
It seems to have no control on the temp unless its high or low

Yes, sounds like the thermistor circuit is toast. If the heater module doesn't see the heat rising, or it is just plain shorted out, you'll get the heaters turning off after a few minutes.

New seat heater pad, or a thermistor repair job.

My lights go out but seat is still heating , when I press it again 2 lights come on , again 1 light comes on , once more all off heating off?
