I'm a a key member of a few other forums, we have a thread that is just for reputation. You state what you bought, who it was bought from and you state the experience good or bad. The moment a post is 'oh do you have a number' or something like that, gets deleted. That's what PM's are for.

These people might very well have had a good 'Reputation'.
