Today, 14th April, my ISP decided to upgrade its CGI server.
They took a backup of all data and upgraded.
When they tried to restore the data they couldn't
Hence there were no files on this domain = Forum technically didn't exist
I re-uploaded all the files myself, the database was unaffected.
Anyway, it seems to be back up and running, PM me, or start a thread if you experience problems
