Has anybody tried flocking a dash why still fitted in car. Just wondering if it's possible. Take all vent trim off cluster out ect. And have a hoover pipe in side to suck all excess fibres out. Just a thought

Don't do it lol. Don't you need to negatively charge the dash and positively charge the fibres so flock falls the same way or something like that?! How would you even get the adhesive on without making an utter mess?!

No you can put like a glue on the dash and basically spray fibres on to dash with a flocking gun and compressor don't think I would do it but just wondering if it could be done.

Ah the DIY method. From what I've seen and heard, the outcome can be ****e to decent. I wouldn't attempt flocking myself on large panels. Small panels I'd attempt but doorcards, dashboards, etc. I wouldn't do DIY.

If you do, do it then post up lots of pics . Show us how you get on .

Think I would do a practice run on an old dash and see what the outcome looks like. . Could be good or poor

Let us know how you get on! Definitely remove the dash though from the car if you do it! I'd love to get mine done tbh!
