What is the best product to use for cleaning my 118d M Sport (08) exhaust?

I used wonder wheels to get the thick carbon off then finished off with Autosol.

It depends how bad it is. If the carbon deposits are not too bad then Autosol should do the trick.

PS. If using an aggressive product like Wonder Wheels, ensure that you don't leave the solution on too long otherwise it will mark the chrome.

I use autosol too and then apply a coat of Poorboy's wheel sealant.

I also do the back box, brings it up a treat! Taxi for tminal ........... :escape:

Excellent idea

Picking up the 130i this week (sometime) and will need to keep that exhaust looking good! Used to a black one having a diesel lol

Where can you find this AutoSol? Baring in mind I live on the IoM is it readily available online?

Yes, AutoGlym Metal Polish. (comes in a shiny chrome box..)

Take a look at the Blackfire range - they do a dedicated metal sealant thats designed for this sort of stuff.
