E82 leather

Buying an E82 (1series coupe) and would like red leather. Struggling to find red leather in the majority I'm interested in.

Anyone selling the red interior? Or would swap for either black leather or Half leather + cash to you?

+ how difficult is it to swap interior, never tried it.

Thanks.

I always thought black car red leather looked poop but considering how many old/new M3's have this combo I could be in the minority lol

Not seen many red leather coupe seats for sale but hopefully you'll get lucky - I do recall a guy called Eddd with a 118d with full body kit and had an awesome hand stitched red leather interior - looked stunning to be fair but then these seats were custom made iirc.

There were some red seats for sale a while ago so have a scan through the for sale section. You're looking at £500 for a good interior though.

My favourite conbo on the e46 m3 was black with red leather. Very nearly bought a convertible m3 with this combo it looked fantastic.

Im starting to go off it a bit now though, although I'd still have a car with red seats. I've actually got a real soft spot for the lemon leather in my LE!
I'm looking at buying an E82 with black leather and swapping + maybe some cash the other persons way.

If not I'd buy outright and sell mine on.

Do you know how difficult to process is to swap over the seats? + could I get this done somewhere?

Cheers.

The fronts are easy enough and don't think the rears are that hard either. I think you'd manage the full swap in a day easily enough. No need to take it somewhere you should be able to manage.
interior swap is about an hours work for the seats and the same for the door cards very straight forward the hardest part was getting the rear head rest sleeves out but youtube is your friend

Okay thanks mate!
Might be worth firing an email to Quarry ( " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) asking if they have or know of any
