Just collected mine today having had loads of bits done; full service, coil packs, new springs and dampers, replaced water pump, rocker cover gasket, valve clearance/vanos adaptation (not sure of the terminology here!). Just needs a real good detail now. Will have to get some pics up on here or PH.

If jiggaman is reading the car is still going very strong and is getting lots of love. Ticked over 113k on the way home.
Sounds like a big bill!
Fairly chunky but luckily I only really have to pay for parts as I get the work done privately at my mate's garage. Half the above was more nice-to-do than necessary but whilst it was in I thought why not! They're worth spending the money on I think.
That's not too painful then especially if you can plan it and take advantage of the likes of Autodoc to save money on the parts.

You'd think so wouldn't you! But despite my thread on here about dampers when I was ready to go for the B12 kit the price had jumped back up to 800-odd (now back down to ~475 typically). Got my Eibach springs on a good deal though then my mate sourced OE-spec (as I understand it) Sachs dampers. Think the total cost was probably around what I could have got the B12 kit for if timed right. Six of one, half a dozen of the other and tbh I don't drive the car hard and am happy with OE spec stuff.

Those wheels are unusual, like them.

I see the car is RHD; whereabouts are you?

Hey bro, love the car! would you mind sharing where you purchased your spoiler & splitter from?
Also just curious whether you bought the grill or had dechromed it yourself?

Thanks!
Hey chaz.
Thanks , No, of course I will share that information the spoiler is the original BMW aerodynamic 51710306667 and the splitter comes from Maxton, the kidney grills I think are from SSD Motorsport or something like that.
Hope this answers your questions

Berg.
