Clutch/flywheel problem??

Do any of you fellow maual drivers suffer with a mechanical knocking when stationary? When ever I'm pulled up somewhere there's a slight mechanical knocking that stops when I apply the clutch? Is this a Clutch or flywheel problem? :? Thanks

Sounds like clutch release bearing rattling about.

DMF? Has anyone been labouring / stalling the engine?

No apart from the odd traffic light gp that's it really?

It's low revs / stalling (or other torque spikes) which usually cause premature DMF death.

Think I'm going to take it in & see what BMW think cheers guys. :)
