Has anyone on here used the Broquet pellets and have they resulted in any power and/or economy improvement and/or improvements in smoothness or flexibility? " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Is this the same guy that also sells 'Snake Oil' and a new clothing line called 'Emperors Only'?

What would adding a load of Tin to your fuel do to the Cat? I know they can't handle Lead.

I guess a simple before and after dyno would put this to bed, let us know how you get on GeeDee.

Actually depending on the product they are incredibly effective. Subaru fitted them to P1 coupes fuel tanks to stop them detonating due to the lower RON of UK fuel compared to Japanese fuels, hence the engines on these models did not go bang compared to STI imports.

Yes, yes, yes, I get the sceptical gist but when you start looking into independent reports, including those from respected tuners, you get a different picture. " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Part of the link confirms Motley's comment about Prodrive adding them to the P1 Impreza which may not mean much to most of you but, if you have ever had an interest in Imprezas, you will have heard of the P1 which is a Classic Classic and I'm sure Prodrive wouldn't used them unecessarily.

I still stuggle to understand how they are meant to work - Catalyst? Needs to be present at the reaction so cannot be when burnt in the engine as the pellets would get used up. Therefore, they must change the fuel somehow and, if it were that simple, wouldn't the fuel suppliers put them in their tankers?
