Minor problem but i'm a bit of a perfectionist  Only had my car a week and gave it the first clean, however didn't realise the rear window was slightly open. The backseat got saturated and has left a watermark across one of the seats. Any ideas how to get rid of this? Considered using upholstery cleaner but don't want to make it any worse.

My previous car (Fabia vRS) has light coloured cloth which was a nightmare for keeping clean and watermarks. Anyway, I used to get rid of them by just using a washing-up sponge (therefore slightly ingraned with washing up liquid) and water. Bit of water on, rub it in and then wait till it dries. Worked for me everytime.

Let us all know how you get on!

Cheers,

Or I use Autoglym Upholstery Cleaner, it is an Aerosol and foams up.Its about £5 from any good car shop.It is really handy to have in the garage or around the house. Put a small squirt on the Water stain and a qucik rub with a terry cloth and Bobs your Uncle. :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Regards and good luck
