Last service was noted on the paperwork arctic disc will need replacing, I assume this is the rubber coupling they are referring too ?

Is it a difficult job?
Anyone know the procedure to fitting new one and a part number for a new one ?

It's a artic disc (articulated). Might be called a doughnut or flexible coupling.

Usually easy to replace, just nuts & bolts - something like this :
