When I unlock the car there is a rattle coming from the engine bay, sounds as if its somewhere around the grille area.

It's only been noticeable for the past month or two.

Here's a link to a youtube video I have just uploaded- you can hear it a split second after the clicking of the key fob.

Anyone else had the same issue? Any help identifying the source would be great.

Just so I know i've not lost my marbles - can anyone else hear that rattle? Or is it me?

The cars booked in for its end of warranty check in a few weeks time. I mentioned this rattle as something I want looking at. If its something other peoples car's do too (and that I haven't noticed before) then not much point them investigating it.

I'm pleased someone else can hear the noise I am referring too. Its a lot clearer when stood in front of the vehicle, a video from a mobile isnt ideal. Lets hope bmw can hear it too
