thanks Wrevilo. is this best how to guide for this install?

also, can i confirm that with all the parts on your list, i will have new track rods etc, so dont have to worry about the ones that are likely to be ceased on my car already?

I have all parts ordered now, so once the Meyle HD bits land, it'll be off to the garage for a full refresh!
all because i had a misting damper and worn control arm bush..

for reference to anyone else looking at this, it cost me c£750 for all the parts on Wrevilo's list above (apart from the suspension kit and camber plates), but also adding front and rear BMWP bumpstops.

So you’re essentially changing all 8 TRW arms? I’ve been wanting to do mine as the front right makes an awful sound when going slowly over potholes. I’ve not been able to decide whether to do all or just the front M3 LCA.

Out of interest, how much will it cost you to have them all fitted? I don’t fancy doing them myself!

My garage just followed the instructions.

One word of advice. Make sure all arms are retourqued when you go for the alignment. This needs to be done at ride height.

So by removing the Camber Plates and Suspention Kit lines from this list i now have everything else plus:

BMWP Bumptsops -
Front *2 (31331096099)
Rear *2 (33536788905)

Xenon Regulations Rod (37142283867)
and Relevant Nuts *2 (M07147575163)

Whiteline Subrframe Inserts Kit (KDT 918)

Are there any ancilarry items (nuts / bolts / washers) that i should procure before handing everything over to the mechanic to fit?

I fitted new bolts for the LCA and TS (could've been reused probably) and new nuts, plus new rear alignment bolts, eccentric washers and nuts. Just as well I did the alignment bolts as the ones which were in there were not pretty and took a lot of effort to remove. Also depending on the state of the car corrosion-wise, you might need 2x33526764418 as mine were quite flaky, plus the associated foam upper mounts won't hurt and are cheap.

Thanks, any dieas on all the part numbers?

I'd rather be armed with a list and take it to the dealer, rather than wait for them to try and find the wrong items.

If you have your VIN, RealOEM is a great resource to have: RealOEM.com - Select Your BMW Model

But in general, something like this perhaps. Again depends on condition really (and OCD):
