Hi, first post on here but been reading and getting tips for ages - thanks.

My E87 manual has developed a strong engine vibration when idling, hot or cold, in or out of gear, clutch engaged or not. The engine and gearstick shake until the revs go over 1500 ish. There are no warning lights, loss of power or other symptoms. I'm thinking DMF after reading other posts, the car has only done 31000 miles, used to have the classic judder which has almost disapeared over the last few months. Appreciate thoughts on likely problems.

Agree, DMF sounds the most likely from what you've said.

Thanks Marco, that's going to be a few quid then! Looking on ECP the options seems confusing I think their number plate database isn't sure whether mine's N47 or M engine (it's N47). Also without restarting the discussion on solid flywheel conversions, I would prefer to go down the route of a conversion - anyone done this one my model of car? There's none listed for my car.
