Pro-Nav Start Up

Post by SteveM » Fri Mar 30, 2018 5:44 pm

Is there any way of stopping this screen popping up on start up?...

Image

It always appears regardless of which key is used or which phone is connected. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the Connected App. I’ve set the app on both phones to not ‘Auto Start Navigation’ and deleted all previous addresses from the app, but it still pops up.

Any ideas?

When you're not in the car or still connected by Bluetooth, if you fire up the connected app it might show you the trip it wants to do - mine did. You can then select 'End Navigation' for that particular trip. Worked for me - it was frustrating me for days.

Delete the address from “Destinations” on the ConnectedDrive app.

Thanks for the replies guys. I did try deleting destinations from the app the other day, which we thought had solved it until the following day it popped up again. I think it’s not helping that we’ve got the app on my phone, my wife’s phone, and the iPad. I’ve just removed all destinations from all three apps and I think I will delete the app from the iPad too.

In theory it shouldn’t pop up the next time I fire her up.
