Re: Ghost Immobiliser

Just read about someone on PH who fitted a Ghost immobiliser to his car, it suffered engine failure and BMW are refusing to pay up as the car was modified (the Ghost immobiliser). It was an E60 M5, but just be careful on warranties. I can see that ending up in court. How does a security system caus...

Yeah commonsense is what Boris banked on. Shame not everyone has got it.. why are garden centres essential. Nobody is dependent on them  In all honesty my opinion is it's not worth falling out with someone over covid guidelines. Imagine that's the last time you ever speak...... life's too shor...

Re: Thoughts on travelling 100+ miles to view a car in current conditions?

Law or not it just comes down to common sense. I’ve fallen out with my mother because she did a 65 mile round trip to a garden centre to buy one plant for her hallway. If she can do that she didn’t need me to do her weekly shop and run errands for her.

That’s really nice! Was the trim removed or wrapped whilst fitted?

Doing things like this is a perfect example how the virus is spread. Why do you think laws have been made to stop people doing stupid, pointless and unnecessary trips like this.

Everyone in my close family has now had both jabs. I’m still waiting for the first. 55 soon so shouldn’t be long.

Re: Potential newby towbar question.

I was also told it was a bigger fan for engine cooling and feck all to do with the gearbox. I did the same as you. Fitted the towbar and electrics myself but had it coded to the car remotely by Johag, member on here. Get the towing icon illuminate on the dash now and rear fogs are cancelled along wi...
