Hi!
31 year old chap from Norway, driving a Bog-standard 2007 118D M-sport, which I bought in February. Very pleased with the car, except from one or two annoying interior rattles. No big surprise there, then.
It's a daily driver, with the occasional trackday being thrown at it now and then.

Haven't got too many pictures of my car, been busy documenting the process of my other car, an E30 trackday/roadabuse car.

Anyway, here's my car, in it's wintershroud with wintertyres on:

Then, at Easterholiday, we went to Nürburgring for our annual trip to Mecca! :spotman:

Here, located by Der Kleine Kneipe, where some of our buddies stayed.

..and at the parkinglot at Blaue Ecke, where I suspect some of you have been before. :)

And finally, some pictures of my E30, if that has any interest to you.

Hi There,

I am Lee from Manchester.

Recently bought a Ex demostrator 120D M sport from BMW. Love the car, and have came across this site in search of a Forum dedicated to the car!

This is what I used to Drive & Own:

Ford F150 Harley Davidson edition, 5.4 V8 Supercharged, It was getting to much to run it so I decided on my new Hot Hatch.

I have no pictures of it yet, but I have my Private plate on it now. This is a picture of it from the BMW website:

So hello there. I hope This will be a useful site for me and I get to know you all.

Lee.

Hi I'm Chris.

I'm from Oxford.

Work at BMW MINI as an electrician on the maintance team (not the cars, the robots that weld em together).

Previous cars include:
VW polo (gotta start somewhere dude)
e93 330i convertible (very nice, but I looked silly posing in it)
VW Golf GTI (lovely car, did everything well, but something was up, see next car).
Currently an 2005 M3 (it's up for sale, here http://www.babybmw.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=19225)

Just traken delivery of a brand new 123D M Sport coupe in black.
We get them on a company car style scheme, cheapish and everything included.

Right now that's me introduced, I'll skuttle off and do some reading.

Hi every one, looks a very friendly site.

Recently purchased a silver 123d Auto SE 2010 in silver, demonstrator for my good lady and collecting it on tue 6th July.
Not too many extras but has leather sports seats but not heated :?: and the sports pack leaving the suspension alone. An upgraded radio is also fitted + 3 yr maintenance pack. 21.8K to buy very happy with this.

Hi all

My name is Dita and I was born in june 2007... Im sapphire black and my heart is a big 3-litre straight six...

My owner is from Sweden and his name is Chris. He has taken me back to the "Vaterland" several times now so that I may stretch my legs properly around the Grüne Hölle where my best time is 8 minutes and 49 seconds although I have yet to have a good clean lap as there is always some little japanese upstart in my way... so I know I can do better :) especially now that I've gotten some nice fun performance parts and am about to get some more...

Oh and here is a recent picture of me :)

Good afternoon folks,

My name is Neal, originally from Scotland but now live in Norway. Just ordered my 118d Coupe with the M-Sport pack, which is due for pick up on Tuesday from the dealer.

Never owned a BMW before so am looking forward to it, was very impressed on the test drive.

Am looking for any tips you may have for running-in a new 118 and also anything I should be keeping an eye on in the early days.

Thanks!

hello one and all.

new to the sight recently bought 2 months ago a 6 month old 123d m sport 3 door. love the car better than i thought. i've had it re mapped by evolve and it really shifts now completely transformed the car. i live in sunderland for my sins. had a seat leon cupra previously so this is my first bmw and its\quicker than the 240 bhp cupra whilst returning twice the mpg. its a win win really.

Hi all!! Just picked up my wife's new car today! 118d M sport. To be quite honest was a bit aprehensive for her going from an X5 V8 to a 1er. But after just taking it out down a back road near me i can understand why she wanted to change!!!!! Its like a go-kart!! Ha ha a hoot! Just needs a bit of extra grunt but hey better mpg than that X5!! :D Here's some pics! I'm into my tuning so it probably won't stay standard for long i'll keep you posted!First thing De-badge

Hi all,

I'm looking around on this forum for a while and really appreciate all the usefull information which can be found here.

My name is Tijn, I'm 22 years, live in Holland and work for an offshore helicopter operator. Since last December I'm the proud owner of a remapped sydney blue 120d (for facelift model) and am really pleased with the car. Especially after the remap it's really nice to drive the car.

Regards,
