Hi eveyone

I am on many other forums as 215m3 and have owned e30 M3's for 8 years.

Just came across the site with regards to a thread.

I run Bmminiparts, but have had BMW's for 15 years.

I used to own this

Image

which i has to sell in 2005 with only 55k miles on a 91 plate.

Currently have this

Image

which is in this state

Image

with the engine built waiting to bolt on a GT3076R

I do run to work in this

If folk would like i can advise how the site works to help folk make the most of it. I am not on here to advertise, but just offer assistance and help if needed.

Good afternoon everyone,

I knew it was going to take something special for me to sell my Audi RS 4 and I found it last week! it is a 135i M coup. An ex BMW performance show car and has every upgrade that I know of on it including engine, suspension, wheels, seats, steering and the carbon decals! It is a monster to drive and loving every minute of it!

Oh and I am Peter, friends call me Pedro. I'll try and post some more pics when I get a chance but nice to meet everyone!

Evenin' all.

If everything goes by the book I should be the proud owner of a 120d M Sport Coupé come the end of September.

Saw a 118d in the car park at work and was stunned. Somehow the Coupé had slipped under my radar. They're not actually that plentiful on the road either.

If an Alpine White 118d Coupé owner who works for a Manchester-based mail-order catalogue is reading this - it's your fault!!!!! :D :D :D

This will be my 10th car and I pass the milestone of having driven for 20 years in October.

Regards,
Tony.

Hello everyone!

Thought i'd drop by and say hi!

Im James, 23 from the Cambridge area UK, and am picking up my first BMW tonight.

It's a space grey 118d sport 3-door - i'll post some pics up when i've collected it from Cambridge BMW

had a few other German marques in the past, here are a few examples:

my old VW Bora:

my old VW Corrado with a 2.0 16v ABF engine and a few other mods:

my old Audi A4 1.8t:

and the car im trading in for the 1 series, my beloved Mercedes E320 CDi avantgarde:

Hopefully i'll get a few little things done to the BMW to follow suit. Only looking at lowering it and maybe changing the wheels for now, but who knows!

Thanks

Well glad I have found this site as I am about to buy a 1 Series 118d SE 2006(06) with 50K on the clock for about £8K - and I think that is a good deal as it's in great nick and has full MOT/Tax, new tyres, brake pads and discs as well as sat nav to go with the SE spec of goodies.

I have never owned a really nice car before - not really needing a good motor living in central London. But I had been thinking about getting a new car to replace an old ford fiesta (don't laugh) I inherited from my mum when a doctor I play football with mentioned he had got a new job back in Singapore and was looking to sell his car quickly.

That was a week ago, he goes in 10 days and I hope to do the deal tomorrow and pick it up before he goes - I have offered for him to keep it until he goes in return for a good deal!!

One small problem the wife has just found out she is pregnant - however I think that this motor is more than good enough until we have number 2 kid or until this one gets a lot older - I hope someone here isn't going to tell me that it's a sh*t car to have with a baby and ruin my dream!!

I can't wait to get the car and am looking forward to joining in and picking up any tips and sugeestions from you knowledgeable lot in the future.

Best.

Seyeclops

Hello BabyBMW.net members,

I'm new here and the proud owner of a 2007 120D M Sport. Had a Mini Dooper for the last 2 years, which i really liked but found a little underpowered and a little on the small side.. ...but what was I expecting when I bought it right?

My fiancé is expecting our first child at the moment so I thought I'd swap the Mini for something a little bigger. The 1er was top of my list and when the dealer called to say he had just the car I was after (they all say that right?), I popped on down to Peter Vardy in Edinburgh and did a deal. 3 days of city driving has been fantastic so far. The 1er is soooo smooth by comparison and a lot more go about it! I've been avidly reading through this forum for the last couple of nights and can see it being a regular place to visit now that this is parked up in my drive!

Cheers

Mac

Hi I'm Steve and this is my 135i, thanks for all the advice on here that has helped me put in Bluetooth and an Alpine upgrade without too much swearing and scraped knuckles.

Hi everyone

Im Ria, 26 from wiltshire

On saturday I became the proud new owner of a 120d sport, 5 door hatchback in blue (sorry dont know what exact blue at the mo) with a nice dark grey interior

I am loving it :)

my last car was a yellow new beetle 1.9 tdi, which i owned for the last 5 years and couldnt imagine selling, but the time came to move on, and now im so glad i did :)

I modified my bug a bit, lowered suspension, wheels, interior etc, but I am planning on doing nothing with the bmw, i like it just how it is :)

ill take some photos later and pop them up, for now im off to ask a few questions :)

Hello,

New to BMW ownership (well aprat from a 525 for a short period of time many years ago).

I have a 123d M Sport Coupe, took delivery on the 22nd July enjoying the torque and rear wheel drive.

I am a life long Alfa fan to be honest but the residual value's on Alfa didn't make sense to me so defected to BMW!!

Good evening all.
I've been scanning the site for a couple of months now since getting my 2009 123d M Sport Coupe. I have replaced a Scirocco 2.0 Tsi GT. The reason? 6' 2" tall, bad back, advancing years and the Sciroccos' letterbox access; getting in and out was just too much effort. Great car though.

Really chuffed with the 1er, run flats and all. The engine is just fantastic!!

Spec; Titanium Silver, Black Leather, Pro Nav, Steptronic etc.

Will get some pics up soon
