Only 1 sub under the seats on new 1 series coupes???

Hi all new member here, have been trawling these forums for acouple of months and have decided to order a brand new 118d msport coupe, ive gone for the business hifi speaker upgrade after reading reviews of the dreadful standard speakers.

However after researching this i have found that bmw only fit 1 sub on newer models, will the addition of the hifi speaker upgrade add the 2nd sub back in. if not would it be relatively easy to buy one and plug it in??

I understand the hi-fi upgrade should add the second sub, you'll also get tweeters and an amp for a bit more power.

Yes the business hifi speaker system has the two subs - mine was delivered 6 weeks ago and all is present and correct. I only have the standard business head unit, but with the amp and 10 speakers, it sounds pretty good. I reckon you'll be happy.

Really happy with my business hifi set up - much better than standard and possibly the best set up I have had in any car! Sounds better than my mates a3 with bose hifi!

Is it possible to just add the missing sub ie is the wiring already there.
